In an effort to understand more about the Pearson Syndrome patient population, we released a survey to learn where other champs live around the world. Here are the results.
The NIH states that Pearson Syndrome’s prevalence is unknown. Other sources report that there have been fewer than 100 cases ever reported. Since over 60 families participated in our survey, we are confident that Pearson Syndrome is under-diagnosed.
